Following this, we will have a career counseling session and ask questions regarding your skills, experience, and expectations to understand what you are looking for in a potential position or company. We may then offer career advisement and introduce you to a promising position that matches your career goals.
Finding the right job for you
After the career counseling session, we will use the information to begin searching for a position that aligns with your career objectives and experience. You may also find currently open positions suitable for you on our website in the JOB SEARCH tab located under the “For Applicants” section. If you discover any such position, you may apply directly online. Once we receive your application, ONEPOWER will contact you for further action.
Introducing you to a Company
Once we’ve confirmed you’re ready to apply for a particular position with one of our client companies, we will submit your resume to them.
Scheduling an Interview
After we receive a request for an interview from our client, we will schedule that interview as quickly as possible according to your availability.
Post-Interview Follow Up
We will take the feedback from your interview and get in contact with the prospective employer. Remember, we are representing you, if you have any questions regarding the position we will ask the company on your behalf. If you do not receive positive interview results, we will continue to recommend new positions to you until you find your desired position. Our goal is your success.
Position Offering
When an offer is presented, we will perform negotiations on position details, such as salary, on your behalf.
Offer Acceptance and Beginning Work
Once you’ve accepted the offer, we will remain in contact with you and our client until your start date arrives. Our duty to you doesn’t end once you’ve started your new position or after the 90-day guarantee period, we will continue to keep in touch to ensure that you are satisfied with your employment.
